Shot on 16mm and directed by Caio Silva, Doing Less, Somehow follows an escape from rain-soaked Milan to the slower rhythm of summer around Lake Como. Created for GUESS’s summer collection.

EXCIT created a blue bird and integrated it into the live-action footage, alongside cleanup across several scenes. We also built a surreal sequence featuring a model reclining on an oversized umbrella, using duplication to expand the scene.

Another key sequence follows an elaborate chain reaction in one continuous shot, ending with sprinkles landing on her ice cream.
